Is that a bug? Or is it a standart package (or a dependency) that is installed on the full version of RPIOS. Because we install our desktops over the lite version, maybe that is why we are having problems. You need it to work reliably. If you remove it, it may work or fail on each boot, depending on the order kernel modules are initialised. So do we still need that package to be installed or not? I couldn't quite understand what you mean. I initially thought we didn't need it anymore because i removed it after the initial boot to desktop and it still booted but others warned me that it is still required for the initial boot to a new screen.
