I simply renamed '~/pico/pico-sdk/lib/tinyusb' as something else then 'git clone' 0.16.0 to recreate the 'tinyusb' directory.

For the Pico SDK C projects I tested it just worked. But I didn't test much.
If you get a "board.h" or 'board_api.h" error you probably need to switch to the other.
