The standard fix is send the appropriate currency to your favourite local Pi vendor and they send you a brand spanking new PMIC in its protective packaging that looks surprisingly like a new Pi.So, does anybody fix these?then the PMIC is likely friedSadly only about 0.2v

All levity aside, as far as I know, the PMIC is a custom part, and as such it is not available for general ordering in single unit quantities and is a complex repair job even if you could acquire one, unless you have the appropriate SMT repair station.
Dead PMIC == Dead Pi
