fixdep: error opening file: include/lilux/mmzone.h: No such file or directory
You experienced a bit flip, changing /linux/ to /lilux/.
Looks like the compiler on 4GB model runs out of memory because a 8GB Pi5 is compiling it just fine (passed ' CC kernel/bpf/syscall.o' but still compiling the kernel)
I have tested booting a Pi5 with mem=3G in cmdline.txt. Kernel make -j4 completes successfully (bookworm arm64 gcc 12.2), and I think it would have been fine with 2G as well.

Your issues are likely related to overclocking, which you mentioned in another thread. It is obviously completely counterproductive to overclock by 12.5%, if you then have to forgo half of your cores to maintain stability.
