Is this in libcam source code? If not where is it?

its talking to hardware, so its always in the kernel
libcamera then just talks to the kernel over the v4l2 api

for pi0-pi4, its using the unicam interface, which has a driver at drivers/media/platform/bcm2835/bcm2835-unicam.c

for the pi5, its part of the RP1 chip, which has the driver somewhere under https://github.com/raspberrypi/linux/tr ... aspberrypi i think
